Central Payment System (CSP) is an advanced service sales system.
This manual applies to software version F1.3.4.
The described version of the CSP-ON access device is designed to support the sale of a service based on powering any electrical receiver.
The access device after making the payment - turns on the 230VAC power supply, making the service available to the Customer.
Payment for the service is made with coins or tokens.
Please observe the following instructions before turning on the device:
Read this manual carefully before connecting CSP-ON device. It contains important information on installation, operation and safety. Keep the link to the manual so you can refer to it in the future in case of problems.
Installation the device according to the this installation instructions.
Do not plug in a device to the wiring system that has visible signs of damage or defects. In this case, contact your product dealer.
The manufacturer is not responsible for defects resulting from not following the recommendations of this manual. Following these recommendations is the basis for a possible claim for a defective device.
In accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 29, 2005 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, it is prohibited to place used equipment marked with a crossed-out wheeled garbage can symbol with other waste. A user who intends to dispose of a product is obliged to return used equipment to a point conducting such collection or to the dealer from whom it was purchased. The above obligations have been imposed in order to reduce the amount of waste generated from waste electrical and electronic equipment and to ensure an adequate level of collection, recovery and recycling of raw materials. Details of the law can be found at gios.gov.pl.

CSP-ON - device of the Central Payment System is a stand-alone access device, with the help of which we turn on and off the power supply of any electrical receiver. The elapsed time is presented on a three-segment LED display - in addition, a tri-color diode indicates the current function of the device. The device is available with 230VAC power supply. The same power supply voltage is passed to the power supply output for the connected device.
CSP-ON are widely used in: paid laundries, showers, playground lighting, solariums, saunas, and many other services.

This device was construction of powder-coated steel housing, the front panel is made of stainless steel.

The device should be screwed to a stable wall surface with four screws, beforehand prepare the appropriate connection wires.
The connection of the device to the electricity wiring system should be made by a person with appropriate authorization in this area.
The device in the set does not have wires for connection. For this purpose, use a three-core power cable - flat or round wire of the following type: YDY Cu 3x2.5mm2 PVC 300V.
NOTE ! Remember to adjust the cross-section of the wires to the power of the connected device. Maximum 20A (4500W).
Connect the device to 230VAC ± 10% 50-60Hz mains and supervised device (receiver) according to the instructions below.
The cable designations: PE protective / L phase / N neutral.
Sequentially, from the top of the cable:

CSP-P1 - a clock showing the remainded time, equipped with a button - performing the START / STOP function of the paid service.

Expansion of the CSP-ON with further 8/16/24/32 outputs can be realized by connecting from 1 to 4 pieces of CSP-PANEL8
connected to the [ CSP-OUT8 ] [ 12V GND A B ] connector on the power supply board.
The device is configured by entering the settings menu. The menu is navigated by three keys located inside the device, on the top edge of the CSP-CB controller board.
Use [ OK ] button to select the function or approve the value, use [ + ] [ - ] buttons to set the value.

To use the settings menu, open the device and hold down the [ OK ] button for 3 seconds.
Holding down the [ - ] button exits one level higher in the settings menu.
Holding down the [ + ] [ - ] keys for a longer time accelerates the change of values.
We should start the first settings with three menu parameters that define the functionality of CSP-ON.
These are functions: 133, 201, 203.
001 - main counter - total of all coin thrown in (does not count tokens).
Press [ OK ] to enter the level below and display the current counter.
The amount is scrolled forward with the [ + ] button. The amount is presented three digits at a time, reading from the left side of the number.
We exit by pressing [ OK ].
101 - settings first position of the price list
Press [ OK ] to enter the level below. For more channels, more price lists will appear in the menu if assigned to more channels.
One price list has the ability to set up to nine time and price thresholds, each successive threshold will be higher than the previous one.
It is not possible to define another threshold without defining the previous one, subsequent thresholds will appear automatically.
Subsequent thresholds of time and price are used in progressive pricing, where for successively higher amounts we get relatively more time.
[ _11 ] - first time settings
Press [ OK ] to define the value of the first time.
The lowest value of 0.01 indicates the time of 1 second, in turn we move to edit minutes and hours.
We change in the range of 0.01 seconds to 720 hours.
We set the value and approve [ OK ].
[ _12 - _19 ] - setting the second to ninth time
[ _71 ] - first price settings
Press [ OK ] to define the value of the first price.
The default value indicates the value of 1.00 of the main currency of the device . Change in the range of 0.10 to 500.
Depending on the set parameter of function No. 133.
The default value indicates the value of 100 of the device's main currency . We change in the range of 100 to 9900.
We set the expected value and confirm [ OK ].
[ _72 - _79 ] - setting the second to ninth price
133 - currency presentation on the display
Press [ OK ] to define the type of currency presentation, after selecting, confirm [ OK ].
[ 0 ] - currency with a resolution to two decimal places 0.00, service value from 0.10 to 500 (PLN, EUR)
[ 1 ] - currency without presentation of decimal place 0.00, service value from 100 to 9.90 (9900) (HUF)
140 - token value settings
Press [ OK ] to select the token number [ 01 ] [ 02 ] [ 03 ].
Define the value in the range of 0.1 - 500, and confirm the selection with [ OK ].
150 - settings for the length of time of credit augmentation, according to the progressive price list
Function visible in the menu after setting more than one time and price.
Press [ OK ] to define the value in the range of 0.10 - 0.10. from 10 seconds to 10 minutes. The selection is confirmed with [ OK ].
201 - number of external channels
Number of independent devices that will be supported by CSP-ON extended by CSP-PANEL8.
Press [ OK ] to define the value and confirm [ OK ].
[ 0 ] - stand-alone device, no external channels
[ 1-8 ] - requires connection of 1 x CSP-PANEL8
[ 9-16 ] - requires connection of 2 x CSP-PANEL8
[ 17-24 ] - requires connection of 3 x CSP-PANEL8
[ 25-32 ] - requires connection of 4 x CSP-PANEL8
202 - mapping numbers to channels
Option available for operating external channels. By default, each channel [ _01 - _32 ] is assigned values from [ 1 - 32 ]. We can change them in the range [ 1 - 999 ].
Press [ OK ], [ + ] [ - ] select the channel number [ _01 ] by pressing [ OK ], the assigned number will be displayed - default [ 1. ].
Start editing by pressing [ OK ], use [+] [-] [OK] keys on the next three positions to define the new assigned number. The selection is confirmed with [ OK ].
The procedure is repeated for each channel [ _01 - _32 ].
203 - number of price lists supported by the device
For each channel, we can assign one of the eight defined price lists.
By default, price list No. 1 is assigned to each channel [_01 - _XX].
The assigned No. of the next pricelist will appear in the list of pricelists, sequentially in the [101 - 108] menu.
Each of the available inputs and buttons has the following work functions:
[ 0 ] - out of service
[ 1 ] - channel selection
[ 2 ] - channel selection, after holding down the button, it is possible to switch on the service of additional 30 seconds free of pay time twice
This function is useful for opening the door of the washing machine (dryer), which needs power after the expiration of the paid time and completed washing (drying) program.
[ 3 ] - pause of service and paused a purchased time
[ 4 ] - pause of service without paused a purchased time
The above working functions of inputs and buttons are selected sequentially for individual inputs and buttons of the CSP-ON system.

Process - we understand as an event associated with time and paid service. The start of the process is not synonymous with the start of the paid service. It is possible to start paid time, without turn on the service. The following settings are global for all channels.
401 - time to process start
[ 0.05 - 0.10. ] from 5 second to 10 minutes
The time after which a paid service will be started or paid time without service start, will be started automatically.
At any time before this time, you can start the process using a defined input or button.
402 - action after the start of the process
[ 0 ] - paid time starts, service is turn on
[ 1 ] - paid time starts, service remains paused until input is triggered or button is pressed
403 - number of service pause
[ 0 ] - no possibility of pause the service
[ 1-10 ] - specified number of service pause
404 - time of maximum service pause
[ 0.05 - 0.10. ] od 5 second to 10 minutes
901 - beep signaling settings
[ 0 ] - beep off
[ 1 ] - beep on
990 - default configuration
In further product development, we will provide default configurations. To restore the default configuration, select the configuration number and hold the [ OK ] button for 10 seconds. The device will reboot and restore the default configuration.

Press [ OK ] scroll [ + ] and read [F 1.] [F .3.] [F .4.] sequentially.
The current version is F1.3.4
Currently menu level is illustrated by the blinking of the LED next to the display.

Each menu level will automatically exit after a specified time of inactivity.
Time is measured on three LED displays, the device has an beep sound indication.
The operating status of the device is indicated by RGB LEDs.

To pay for the service, insert a coin or token into the top slot of coin validator.
The value of the coins is converted into paid time, according to the defined price list.
At any time you can increase the credit of the paid service.
The open credit time is 30 seconds, this is the time in which we can increase the credit, using the achieved threshold of the next price and time.

To erase paid time, simultaneously hold down the [ - ] [ + ] buttons for 8 seconds.
The coin validator used in the CSP-ON simultaneously supports two currencies, the basic PLN and the additional EUR.
Switches located on the side of the coin validator are used to disable a particular coin.
To disable a particular coin, move the corresponding switch to the ON position.

CSP-ON during its operation does not require maintenance.
Operating temperature of the device 5°C + 50°C - indoor installation.
Relative humidity below 85% - adequate ventilation of the room ensured.
The device itself does not raise the ambient temperature.
The device complies with the provisions of the directives:
low voltage (Low Voltage Directive) 2014/35/EU
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC Electro Magnetic Compatibility) 2014/30/EU.
The manufacturer ELECOND company guarantees the use of the Central Payment System CSP-ON for a period of 24 months from the date of the sales invoice.
During this period, the device will be repaired at the manufacturer's expense and effort, after setting a date for service repair. For this purpose, please contact the manufacturer.

After considering the validity of the complaint, the device will be repaired, within a maximum of 7 working days or a shorter period of time, as determined by another agreement with the purchaser of the system.
The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace the device, within the warranty period, if there is a concern that the device has been operated inconsistently with this manual.
